Are there any Money Market ETF's where you can invest in and not worry about the ups and downs of stockmarket?
I mean can you buy a money market fund and make say 2-3 percent and not worry about losing your money no matter the conditions of the economy and stock market, AND be able to withdraw your money at any time?

No money market fund is paying 2-3% right now due to the extremely low interest rates. If you don’t mind tying up your money, put some of it into bank CDs.
If you want to lose buying power & reduce significantly your retirement opportunities… than certainly a Money Market Fund is a reasonable investment for you. Money market funds attempt top keep a $1 NAV at all times…. so it would be impossible for an ETF to do this. But… money martket funds are available everywhere. Right now banks (like Ally Bank & HSBC) pay more than your typical Money Market Account….. and they’re FDIC insured.
Hopefully you’ve read books on stock investing & understand the risk you’re not taking. Otherwise… when you retire…. you’re going to be really mad at yourself for allowing ignorance to ruin your golden years.
